• In charge of information technologies and information services of the Arab League Information and Documentation center (ALDOC).
• In charge of Database analysis, design and developments.
• Regional project Manager (CDS/ISIS project in Cooperation with UNESCO, BIREME/PAHO/WHO).
• In charge of Arabization database management systems and providing it to Libraries, Documentation centers in development countries.

• Minisis in cooperation with IDRC Canada.
• WeBlis in Cooperation with Institute for Computer and Information Engineering.
