The International Conference on Scientific Electronic Publishing in Developing Countries will be held at Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Avda. Brasil 2950, Valparaíso (Chile) from September 30 to October 2, 2002.

The Conference aims to work on new opportunities for the strengthening of developing countries scientific communication, which are being opened by the electronic publishing and the widening of the international scientific communication.

The program consists of lectures and panel presentations. Invited speakers will share with all of us their experiences and ideas.

The official language is English. There will be translation into Spanish.
